This website is being developed as part of the Conservation Council's Community Engagement at the Bush/Urban Interface project, with support from the Bush on the Boundary Reference Group. The Community Engagement project aims to assist the Gungahlin community to become aware of, and involved in, conservation of Mulligans Flat and Goorooyarroo Nature Reserves, particularly with rapid suburban development taking place so near the reserves. The project also endeavours to increase sustainable living practices amongst Gungahlin residents, through the provision of education, information and community-building activities.
The Bush on the Boundary Reference Group includes various stakeholders who have an interest in the Gungahlin Environment. See Member Organisations for a full list of stakeholders, their roles and activities.
